京津冀产业结构优化:基于区域产业结构趋同的实证分析

京津冀地区产业结构具有一定程度上的趋同现象,主要存在于三次产业的宏观结构中,当把研究进一步推进到工业行业内部的中观结构甚至是工业内部具体优势产业的微观结构时,产业结构的相似系数则大大降低。京津冀地区主要城市间的专业化分工,基本上是建立在各主要城市资源差异和比较优势的基础上,尽管有些产业存在着不同程度的竞争,但在许多情况下竞争是适度的,很少存在所谓的由于重复建设而导致的恶性竞争。后金融危机时期,为克服京津冀区域产业结构趋同现象,实现京津冀区域产业结构的优化升级,必须采取切实可行的政策措施。

Analysis of the Optimization and Upgrading of the Industrial Structure in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei Region Based on Convergence of Industrial Structure

There is some convergence of industrial structure in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei Region,and this convergence mainly exists in the thrice industry macrostructure.When we study Meso-structure and Microstructure,this convergence coefficient will be weaken.The special division of labour is based on the resource difference and relatively preponderant between the main cities of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei Region.Although some industries have different level competitions,but in many cases,competition are moderate,there are few vicious competitions caused by duplication of the similar project.In order to overcome the convergence of industrial structure phenomenon in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei and realize its optimization and upgrading of the industrial structure,we have to take some policies.
