本文在分析跳出农业反哺农业重大意义的基础上,提出了不断推进农民工市民化、大力开发返乡农民工非农就业门路、鼓励返乡农民工涉农创业及提升返乡农民工就业创业能力等对策建议。

Away from agriculture back feeding agriculture

In this paper,based on the analysis of si-gnificance of breaking through the traditional agricultural concept and repaying agriculture,some methods and recommendations are proposed: continuing to transfer migrant worker into townspeople,strengthening to exploit employment opportunities for returned migrant workers inn non-agricultural domain,encouraging returned migrant workers to build businesses of agriculture-related,promoting the ability of employment and pioneering of returned migrant workers.
