摘    要:与国债市场相比,我国企业债券市场的发展一直显得相对滞后与缓慢,其原因除了融资观念的局限和融资政策的不完善之外,还与企业债券本身缺乏吸引力有关。本文通过借鉴成熟资本市场企业债券发行的成功经验,说明加快我国企业债券市场发展,改善企业融资结构的关键在于企业债券的创新与营销策略,提高企业债券的投资价值

Abstract:The development of Corporate Bond market in China is still proceeding at a slower pace relatively than that of Treasury Bills The causes are not only the unmatched Financing Concept and policy but also the lack of attraction of Corporate Bond In this article the author tries to expound through the introduction of experience from advanced capital market for reference that the key to spur the Corporate Bond market in China and improve Corporate financing strueture depends on creating new kinds of corporate Bond,developing marketing strategy and increasing investment value of it
