| 摘 要： | 本文从对虚拟企业及其组织运行本质特征的分析出发，重点研究了虚拟企业的组织模式及其结构特点，构建了一个虚拟企业组织结构的一般模型，对虚拟企业及其管理问题进行更加深入的研究奠定了理论基础。
