基于产业集群理论的区域经济发展中的“卡夫丁峡谷”现象分析——兼论辽宁沿海经济带产业集群发展

我国区域经济发展呈非均衡性,沿海先后形成了珠三角、长三角和京津冀经济圈。在这些区域的发展中相继不同程度的出现了产业结构同质、城市服务业支撑薄弱、中小企业发展滞后等问题。文章以产业集群理论指导,在政府及相关机构的服务下,以市场为导向,引导企业在空间上的集聚,实行专业化分工,发挥高起点的后发优势,破解区域经济发展的＂卡夫丁峡谷＂现象,实现辽宁沿海经济带的科学发展。

Analysis of the Phenomenon of "Crafting Gorge" in Regional Economic Development Based on the Industrial Cluster Theory——The Proposals for the Industry Cluster Development in Coastal Economic Zone in Liaoning

Regional economic development presents non-proportionality in China.The costal has formed successively Yangtze River delta area,Pearl River Delta,Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei areas.In these areas,there are problems during development on industrial structure,service in cities,small and medium-sized enterprises and so on.This paper uses the industrial cluster theory,with the service of governments and relevant organizations,taking the market for the guidance,leading enterprises clustering in the spatial,implementing specialized division,playing high starling point advantage of backwardness to solve the crafting gorge phenomenon in regional economic development and carry out the scientific development of the coastal economic zone in Liaoning province.
