南通市服务业竞争力评价分析

服务业因其资源占用少,对产业的关联、辐射和带动性强,在国民经济中发挥着越来越重要的作用,已成为地区经济发展的根本动力。南通市在"十二五"规划中提出"以现代服务业发展为重点,构建长三角北翼经济中心"的城市定位目标。本文对南通市近年来的服务业发展情况进行了梳理,并从政策体制、集聚区建设、壮大主体、人才引培、招商引资等方面提出强化南通服务业竞争实力的建议和措施。

Analysis and Evaluation of the Competitiveness of Service Industry in Nantong

Service industry plays more and more important role in the national economy and has become the fundamental driving force for regional economic development because of less resource and association, radiation of the industry. Nantong city puts forward the target orientation of city of focusing on the development of service industry constructing the north wing of the Yangtze River Delta economic center. In this paper, the development of service industry of Nantong in recent years are analyzed and putting forward the suggestions and measures to strengthen the competitive power of the service industry in Nantong city from the policy system, cluster construction, talents training, strengthening enterprise and investment.
