| 摘 要： | 房地产业作为我国国民经济的一大支柱产业，在进入2013年以后，因国内银行金融市场的”钱荒”让其融资更加捉襟见肘。如何在稳定自由现金流的状况下扩大融资渠道就成了目前房地产业亟需调整解决的问题。论文从自由现金流量的角度浅析了房地产业内部融资，并给出了相应的对策与建议。

| Abstract: | As one of the prop industry of our national economy, real estate financing has become more and more difficult because of cash scarce in banks after 2013. How to broaden real estate financing channel which based on stably free cash flow has become the problem that should be solved soon. This paper analyzed the internal financing of real estate industry based on the free cash flow, and gave some suggestions. |
