| 摘 要： | 产品质量安全关系人民群众切身利益,质量水平的高低也反映一个国家、一个地区的综合经济实力。虽然近年来河北省产品质量总体水平稳步提高,但质量安全事件时有发生,给河北省的产品质量安全造成了巨大的负面影响。本文在分析河北省的产品质量安全问题的基础上,提出了完善相关法律制度的建议,制定了有效可行的长效运行机制,希望能为切实保障河北省的产品质量安全尽一份绵薄之力。

| Abstract: | The product quality and safety problems relate to people＆#39;s vital interests, and the level of quality also reflects a country and a region＆#39;s comprehensive economic strength. In recent years, the overall level of product quality is steadily improved in Hebei province, while the quality security incidents occurred frequently, which has caused great negative impact on product quality and safety. Based on the analysis of product quality and safety problems, this paper puts forward some suggestions of perfecting the relevant legal system and formulates a long-term effective mechanism, so as to make efforts for ensuring the product quality and safety in Hebei province. |
