| 摘 要： | 新晃侗族自治县天井寨傩戏"咚咚推",是首批国家级非物质文化遗产,内涵丰富,形式独特,具有突出的潜在价值,濒危度高,亟待我们统一思想,提高认识,科学规划,采取思想、组织、政策、人才、经费、风险防范、基础设施等方面的有效措施,加强保护与开发,千方百计地促使该文化瑰宝功能与价值最大化。

| Abstract: | Xinhuang Dong＇s Nuo Opera ＂Dongdongtui＂ is the first batch of state-level intangible cultural heritage. She is rich connotation, unique form, potential value of outstanding and highly endangerment. So it must have some measures to guarantee the Nuo Opera ＂Dongdongtui＂, such as unifying thought, improving knowledge, scientific planning. And it must take the guarantee of thought, organization, policy, talent, fund risk prevention and infrastructure. Strengthening the protection and development, it makes the cultural function and value maximization. |
