露天矿扩帮范围优化研究

河北省某铁矿进行露天扩帮开采,扩帮结束后西帮残存大量的挂帮矿。根据露天矿山生产中的境界剥采比不大于经济合理剥采比的原则,运用回归分析的方法,研究西帮扩帮回采挂帮矿的合理范围。计算结果显示,在经济合理剥采比的约束下,结合矿区的地质状况,西帮可以在一定的范围内进行扩帮回采挂帮矿,扩帮范围的变化区间为19.51,37.65]。研究结果对提高矿山的经济效益有积极的意义。

Study on the Optimization of Open Pit Mine Expansion Scope

An iron mine are mining with open pit in Hebei province, a lot of hanging wall ore are backlogged under western slope after expansion. Based on the theory that boundary stripping ratio is smaller than economic reasonable stripping ratio during the period of production, the reasonable expansion scope of western slope is studied with the method of regression analysis. The calculation results show that under the constraint of economic reasonable stripping ratio, expansion engineer of western slope can be executed on some scale to recover some hanging wall ore which is combined with the geological state of mining area, and the variation section of expansion scope is 19.51,37.65]. The study result has positive significance to improving economic benefits of the mine.
