| 摘 要： | 本文利用2003-2012年均参加全国县(市)科技进步考核的江苏省县(市)的相关有效数据,通过基于协同学的功效函数法,实证分析了江苏省县(市)科技进步与经济社会发展的协调性情况。分析表明江苏省县(市)整个科技进步与经济社会发展系统的协调性是呈良性发展的,相关结果对于政策的建立也提供了依据。

| Abstract: | Based on the valid data of assessment of scientific and technological progress in Jiangsu from 2003-2012, this paper analyses the coordination between counties＇ technological progress and economic society growth in Jiangsu empirically, through the method of power function based on Synergetics theory. The analyses show that the coordination development of scientific and technological progress and economic society development in Jiangsu is in a positive condition. The relevant results also provide the basis for policy. |
