| 摘 要： | 近几年来保定市的民间投资得到了迅速发展，呈现出勃勃生机的状态，但与沿海经济发达的地区相比，还是存在着行业准入受限、融资难、税收政策限制、投资领域窄等问题，本文针对激活保定市民间投资政策措施展开探讨，以求促进保定市民间投资的进一步发展。

| Abstract: | In recent years, Baoding Private investment has been developing rapidly, showing viable status, but compared with the coastal economy developed areas , there are still some problems such as the industry limited ,access to financing, tax policy, investment narrow field etc., in order to further to promote the development of Baoding Private investment, the activation of Baoding Private investment policies and measures are investigated in the paper. |
