| 摘 要： | 论文运用案例分析的方法,首先介绍了融资融券业务的基本概念,然后结合2013年发生的昌九生化融资爆仓案,通过初始保证金比例、资金杠杆乘数、维持担保比例等角度细致分析了融资融券业务的投资风险,并据此在文章最后提出了关于平衡风险和收益及完善我国融资融券业务的建议.

| Abstract: | This paper used case study method, it first introduced the basic concepts of financing and margin trading business, then combined with the case of Changjiushenghua＇s financing collapse occurred in 2013, through an initial margin ratio, financial leverage multiplier and maintenance of guarantee proportion to analyze the investment risk of margin trading business, and accordingly the article concludes with recommendations on balancing risks and benefits, and improving China＇ margin business. |
