摘    要:社会与企业对高职学生提出了更高的素质要求,"8233"的人才培养模式结合高职院校相关专业的培养目标和学生在学习过程中能力递进的特点,符合技能型的人才的培养目标,在实践中取得了良好的成效。本文以黄河交通学院机械制造与自动化专业为例,对"8233"校企合作人才培养模式进行了理论研究与实践研究。

Abstract:Society and business have a higher quality requirement to vocational students. "8233" talent training mode combines the relevant professional training objectives of higher vocational colleges and the progressive features of student's ability in the learning process, so it is in line with skills-based personnel training objective, and has achieved good results in practice. In this paper, with the case of the mechanical manufacturing and automation specialty of Huanghe Jiaotong University, theoretical and practical research of the "8233"personnel training mode based on school-enterprise cooperation is conducted.
