我国城镇化与工业化协调发展问题研究

城镇化与工业化紧密联系、互相促进。通过对我国改革开放以来城镇化与工业化的发展关系进行定量分析,得出这样一个结论:我国城镇化总体水平滞后于工业化,改革开放后这种滞后现象趋于缩小,2003年我国城镇化与工业化最为协调,但自2003年后,城镇化滞后于工业化的现象又有逐步增大趋势;由于城镇化的发展受自然基础和政策因素影响,各个地区又呈现出不同的情况,其中东中部地区城镇化滞后于工业化,东北地区城镇化超前于工业化,西部地区城镇化水平不高,但却与工业化发展最为协调。城镇化与工业化的区际差异性,要求在不同的区域实行不同的政策,促进城镇化与工业化的协调发展。

Research on the Coordinating Development of China's Urbanization and Industrialization
