| 摘 要： | 建立了免疫层析法快速定量检测植物油中玉米赤霉烯酮的分析方法。方法的检出限为10μg/kg,相对标准偏差低于14.6%,回收率为79.6%~92.9%。该方法简便快速、灵敏准确、重现性好,可以用于对植物油中玉米赤霉烯酮进行快速定量筛查检测。

| Abstract: | Rapid determination zearalenone in vegetable oil by immunochromatography was developed.The limit of determination is 10 μg/kg,the relative standard deviations is below 14.6%.Recoveries of zearalenone spiked to samples were be tween 79.6%~92.9%. |
