浅谈石油企业在新能源环境下的管理创新

随着市场竞争的日益激烈,石油企业要在市场全球化和经济一体化的国际竞争中求得生存与发展,最重要的是要在企业层面进行管理创新。本文分析了制约我国石油企业发展的主要管理问题,提出石油企业应从管理制度、理念、组织、技术、机制、文化等六个视角进行全方位管理创新,以提高企业竞争力和持续发展能力。

Discussion on the Management Innovation of Petroleum Enterprise in the New Energy Environment

As the market competition is fierce increasingly,the petroleum enterprises have to take management innovation for survival and development in the globalization and economic integration market. This essay has analyzed the main management problems which constrain the development of the petroleum enterprises. This paper put forward that the enterprises have to take innovation from Institution,conception,technology,mechanism and culture so as to improve the competition and sustainable ability.
