嘉兴市城乡一体化成人教育运行机制实证研究

当经济与社会发展到一定的水平，城市与乡村各种要素逐渐互为流通与服务。地处沿海发达地区的嘉兴市，近年来经济发展较快，区位交通优势凸现，城乡差异日益缩小。通过分析嘉兴市经济社会发展的基础与条件，对近年来主要依托各级电大开展的城乡一体化成人教育，从运行机制上进行实证研究。通过分析其主要做法与收获，提出了城乡一体化联动开展成人教育的若干战略及其政策建议。

An Empirical Study of the Adult Education Operating Mechanism of Urban-rural Integration Jiaxing City

When the economic and social development reaehes a certain level, there are the gradual interflows and services of the various elements between urban and rural areas. Recent years have not only witnessed the rapid economic development of Jiaxing City, which is located in the developed coastal area, but also the prominent area transportation advantage and shrinking urban - rural differences. By analyzing the foundation and conditions of the economic and social development of Jiaxing City, this paper makes an empirical study on the operating mechanism of the adult education mainly supported by all levels of TVU education at the stage of urban - rural integration. And based on the analysis of the main practices and achievements of the education, it proposes some strategies and policy recommendations for carrying out adult education by the linkage of urban - rural integration.
