| Abstract: | This paper discussed the development situation,characteristics and functions of the Forestry Cooperation Organizations ( FCOs) in Hunan Province,our findings indicated that it's still on the initial stage and failed to support the rapid growth of forestry industry. Based on the methods and theory of Participative Modal,we proposed some practical countermeasures after a deep research on the main problems in the development of FCOs in Hunan Province. |
