摘    要:探讨物流产业与信息产业协调发展是促进两业融合发展的重要举措。运用熵权TOPSIS模型、耦合协调度模型和障碍度模型,实证分析我国2005-2018年物流产业与信息产业综合发展水平及其协调发展演变过程,诊断影响物流产业与信息产业协调发展的障碍因子。研究表明:物流产业和信息产业发展水平基本呈稳步上升态势,前者经历了从中级到良好水平的发展过程,后者经历了较差、中级、良好到优质水平的发展过程;物流产业与信息产业经历了严重失调、中度失调、轻度失调、勉强协调到中等协调的演变过程;物流产业经济效益子系统对两业协调发展的影响最大,信息产业知识支撑子系统对两业协调发展的影响最小;信息产业的支撑作用和物流产业的综合水平是影响两业协调发展的关键。基于研究结论,设计了促进我国物流产业与信息产业协调发展的对策建议。

Abstract:In this paper,using the entropy weight TOPSIS model,the coupling coordination degree model and the obstacle degree model,we empirically analyzed the comprehensive development level of the logistics industry and the information industry in China from 2005 to 2018 and the evolutionary course of the coordinated development of the two,and diagnosed the obstacle factors affecting it.The research found that the development level of the logistics industry and the information industry was generally on a steady upward trend with the former going from intermediate to good level and the latter from poor,to intermediate,to good and to high-quality level;the relationship between the two industries evolved from serious imbalance,to moderate imbalance,to mild imbalance,to preliminary coordination,and to moderate coordination;the economic benefit subsystem of the logistics industry had the greatest impact on the coordinated development of the two,and the knowledge support subsystem of the information industry had the least impact;and the supporting role of the information industry and the comprehensive level of the logistics industry were the keys to the coordinated development of the two industries.Based on the findings,we came up with some countermeasures and suggestions to promote the coordinated development of the logistics industry and information industry in China.
