| 摘 要： | 以少数民族地区高校物流管理专业人才培养方法为例,研究了创业人才培养的方法和路径问题。通过对近两年新疆理工学院物流管理专业人才培养实践的观察,发现该专业学生在学科竞赛、参与社会实践等与就业密切相关的指标上有了明显的提高。在此基础上,提出了少数民族地区高校创业型人才培养的一些对策和建议。

| Abstract: | In this paper,taking the method for the training of college logistics management talents in minority areas as example,we studied the method and path of entrepreneurial talent training.Through observing the practice of logistics management talent training of Xinjiang Institute of Technology in the past two years,we found that the students of this specialty showed significant improvement in indicators closely related to employment,such as academic competitions and participation in social practice.On this basis,we put forward some countermeasures and suggestions for the cultivation of entrepreneurial talents in colleges and universities in minority areas. |
