新时代生态空间理论的价值目标与治理理念

新时代生态空间理论是习近平生态文明思想中的重要内容，是关于新时代我国生态空间治理的根本遵循。实现人与自然和谐共生要求，筑牢中华民族永续发展千年大计的生态空间根基，健全生态环境治理体系、满足人民群众对良好生态产品需要，是新时代生态空间理论的价值目标。新时代生态空间理论的治理理念主要包括两大方面：一是城镇空间与农业空间中的生态空间治理理念；二是自然生态空间的治理理念，包括：坚持主体功能区战略，从源头上保护自然生态空间；科学划定“三区三线”，强化生态保护红线刚性管控；推进自然生态空间的生态修复，建立健全生态补偿机制。
