同城网络货运平台发展现状调查与分析

指出网络货运作为一种基于互联网技术的新型物流运作模式,对整合社会零散运力、实现信息高效共享、促进物流行业降本增效作用显著。基于对网络货运平台业务流程的深入分析,从平台、货主、司机三者之间的关系,对国内三家典型同城网络货运平台的运作流程进行调查分析。针对监管不到位、市场竞争激烈、服务功能单一等常见问题,提出整改意见和建议,以促进新业态下城市货运配送行业的健康发展。

Investigation and Analysis of Development Status of City Network Freight Platform

In this paper,we pointed out that network freight,as a new logistics operation mode based on Internet technology,played a significant role in integrating scattered social transport capacity,realizing efficient information sharing and promoting cost reduction and efficiency increase in the logistics industry.Based on in-depth analysis of the business process of a network freight platform,we investigated and analyzed the operation process of three typical domestic city network freight platforms from the angle of the relationship among the platform,cargo owners and drivers.In view of common problems such as inadequate supervision,fierce market competition and unitary service functions,we put forward some rectifying suggestions to promote the healthy development of the urban freight distribution industry under the new business mode.
