Abstract:Knowledge of the conflict and its management team for the time frame under the effect implies the existence of time-frame effects,may produce different results would knowledge of the conflict,knowledge of the process of conflict-affected team performance may also be effects in the time frame under the action of changes and showed a different level of performance.
