| Abstract: | Diversification is the shortcut of enterprise development and the enterprises could succeed if the diversification production matches core competition maturity of the enterprises. Different maturity of core competenle of enterprises has restriction role in selection of strategy of the enterprises and the enterprises should define their core competenle and choose proper strategy. |
