Research on Developing Grain Processing Industrial Cluster in Heilongjiang Province

The development of grain processing industry has been proved to be the Heilongjiang province grain economy, and even an important, realistic and urgent topic of the whole province economy to achieve a leapfrog development. Through the analysis on the current situation and existing problems of grain processing industrial cluster in Heilongjiang province, it proposes several countermeasures to speed up the Heilongjiang characteristic grain processing industrial cluster.
