| Abstract: | The article discusses four aspects of risk and their reasons in the virtual enterprises, including martket risk, management and coordination risk, investment and strategy risk and knowledge and technology property rights risk, and then expounds three basic features of the risks in virtual enterprises. Finally, it proposes some methods to control and manage the four aspects of risk. |
