摘    要:根据WTO框架内的ATC协议,2004年将是纺织品出口受配额限制的最后一年,2004年后的国际纺织品贸易将不再受配额限制。我国出口企业应抓住机遇,扩大出口,改善行业结构,促进整个行业的发展,带动相关产业的升级换代。

Abstract:According to the ATC (Arrangement on Textiles and Clothing) under the WTO framework, the international textile trade will be quota - free after the year of 2004. The paper first makes an analysis and anticipation of the international textile trade tendency and then discusses the settlements of the potential disputes to be incurred. In addition, the paper touches upon the adjustment of marketing measures adopted by those export - oriented enterprises together with countermeasures and strategies from the viewpoints of the government and the enterprises as well.
