旅行社道德风险及声誉机制作用分析

摘    要:道德风险问题导致旅行社质量供给不足。声誉能够解决道德风险问题,但声誉机制的作用受到消费者重复购买频率、旅行社时间视野和市场竞争水平的限制。要发挥声誉机制的作用,克服旅行社道德风险问题,必须进一步提高居民出游率,拓宽旅行社时间视野,完善市场竞争。

Abstract:Because of the moral hazard,the service quality of the travel industry is very low.Reputation can resolve this problem,which is affected by customer's repurchase behavior,company's time horizon and market competition.To overcome the moral hazard,we must increase the inhabitant's travel rate,widen the time horizon of the travel agencies,and improve the market competition.
