黑龙江省资源型城市经济转型中的现状及障碍分析

黑龙江省是国家重要的能源和原材料基地,全省13个市中地级城市有7个是以资源开采利用为依托发展起来的。大庆、伊春、大兴安岭、鸡西、鹤岗、双鸭山和七台河等资源型城市向全国输出了大量的原油、原木和原煤,为国家的经济建设和社会发展做出了突出贡献。而在向市场经济转轨过程中,这些资源型城市面临着资源衰减、结构失衡、经济危困等诸多问题。

The Analysis on the Present Situations and Obstacles of Resourse -based City in Heilongjiang Province in the Process of Economic Trasition

Heilongjiang Province is an important base of energy and raw materials.There are seven cities which developed by exploitating resources of all 13 cities in Heilongjiang Province.Daqing,Yichun,Daxing'anling,Jixi,Hegang,Shuangyashan and Qitaihe,these seven resource-based cities contribute a great deal of oil,timber and coal to the national economic construction and social development.In the process of economic transformation,these resource-based cities are faced with many problems such as resource decay,the unbalanced structure,economic crises,etc.
