| 摘 要： | 对于马克思的劳动价值论，一要坚持，二要发展。坚持劳动创造价值的基本观点，是发展的基础和前提。发展的方向就是从社会主义市场经济的实际出发，阐明不同形式的劳动创造不同的价值，形成新的价值理论体系，才能达到理论创新的境界。

| Abstract: | Treating Maxist labor value theory, first to stick to it and second, develop it. To stick to the basic idea of cabor value theory the basis and precondition of developing it. The development orientation is to preceed from the reality of socialism market economy and interprete the different labor creating different ralue, forms new value theory system and reach new level of theory innovation. |
