社会化养老服务体系的对策

如何加快转型期我国养老服务业的发展来满足老年人的日益增长现实需求已经成为政府面临的一个重大民生问题。这个问题的焦点是"老有所养",但如何"养"却并不简单。随着人口老龄化趋势的加快,社会养老、社会医疗、社会消费、劳动力结构和农村老龄问题等正面临前所未有的挑战。因此,在养老福利服务方面,大力推行养老服务社会化,是应对人口老龄化挑战的有效对策,也是解决"空巢"老人这个社会难题的关键。

Strategies of Socializing Old-age Services System

How to accelerate the transition to the development of pension services to meet the needs of the elderly has become a major livelihood issue facing the Government. The focus of this issue is ＂a sense of security,＂ but how to ＂support＂ is not simple. With the accelerating trend of population aging, the problems of social pension, social health, social spending, labor force structure and rural aging issues are facing unprecedented challenges. Therefore, in the old-age welfare services, promoting the social care service is an effective measure to deal with the challenges of population aging, but also the key to solve social problem of empty-nesters.
