邓小平资本市场理论及其实践

The obstacles of reform of China's stock sharing system and the development of capital market have been cleared up due to the remarkets on Securities and stock market put forward by DXD.But there are still some problems existed in our capital market,such as the control of stocks,imperfect structure of the quoted companies,nonstandard practice of the intermediate agencies,less institutional investors in the market,and so on.In order to solve these problems,the relative policies should be further perfected and make the reform of China's capital market developed steadily.
