自中铁一局集团第四工程有限公司管道工程建设以来,隧道穿越工程第一次涉及铁路安全保护区范围爆破施工,本次福州联络线项目南塔山隧道穿越工程在涉铁施工过程中,总结了一套完备的涉铁爆破工程建设管理流程,希望在后期涉及铁路范围内穿越工程爆破作业提供参考,通过强化涉铁工程施工流程办理方面的论述,如何提高涉铁施工流程办理效率,加快涉铁工程施工进度快速推进的几个思路来进行探讨。

Discussion on Construction Management of Railway-related Projects

Since the construction of the pipeline project of China Railway First Group Fourth Engineering Co.,Ltd.,the tunnel crossing project has been involved in the blasting construction of the railway safety protection area for the first time.In the process of railway-related construction of the Nantashan tunnel crossing project of the Fuzhou contact line project,a complete set of railway-related blasting engineering construction management process is summarized,hoping to provide reference for the blasting operation of the railway crossing project in the later period.Through strengthening the discussion of the construction process of the railway-related project,how to improve the efficiency of the construction process and speed up the rapid progress of the construction of the railway-related project are discussed.
