预防保险欺诈策略研究

随着我国保险业的不断发展,人们对保险的认识在不断增强,保险所发挥的作用也越来越大。与此同时,投保人或被保险人的保险欺诈行为也随之增加,保险欺诈行为一旦得逞,保险公司将会蒙受巨大的经济损失,直接威胁着保险公司的生存与发展,扰乱我国保险市场的正常秩序,损害国民经济的稳定与发展。为此,本文拟从保险欺诈活动的危害入手,分析保险欺诈发生的根源,并在此基础上,提出相应的预防保险欺诈的建议性策略。

Research of preventing insurance treating strategy

With the continuous development of the insurance industry in China,people’s awareness on insurance has been increased constantly.The function played by insurance has become greater and greater.But at the same time,the misconduct of insurance fraudulence occurred occasionally with it.If the fraudulence succeeded,an insurance company will suffer great economic losses.It threatens the subsis-tenee and the development of insurance comps-nies,disturbs the system of the insurance market and harms the development of the national e-conomy.Starting with the danger brought by insurance fraudulence,the thesis will analyze the causation of it and put forward to some rel-ative preventive strategies.
