Management System of Enterprise after Unit Reconstruction

It is inner requirements for improving basic economic system and significant basis for building modern enterprise system to establishing modern property right system with the clear ownership and responsibilities and rights, strict protection and smoothly transfer mechanisms. According to the present situation after unit reconstruction of Geological and Prospecting Units, this paper discusses the problems such as how to improve management system of enterprise, how to supervise each other between board of directors, supervision board and managers, how to establish modern enterprise system and improve management system of enterprise and so on and then the author put forward some countermeasures.
