| 摘 要： | 在经济发展新常态下,我国内贸流通呈现以下新特征:消费市场增长由高速转为中高速,流通企业原有发展模式难以为继,供给不足和需求不足的矛盾并存,个性化、多样化、多层次消费渐成主流,信息、服务消费增长明显,大众消费稳步回升,绿色健康消费深入人心。对此,要以阶段论、配合论、问题论、差别论等科学的方法论正确认识和应对;主动适应互联网发展大趋势,规范促进电商发展,充分发挥实体店功能,提升连锁经营水平,促进线上线下深度融合,和谐共存;以内贸流通创新为引领,以内贸领域改革为动力,以加强流通设施建设为基础,以法治化营商环境构建为保障,促进内贸流通健康发展。
