富阳市水资源承载能力综合评价

摘    要:针对富阳市水资源状况,建立了反映富阳市水资源承载能力的评价指标体系,然后采用主成分分析法,对评价指标进行降维处理,寻找出影响水资源承载能力的自然支持力指标、社会经济技术水平指标和社会生活水平指标的主要驱动因子,建立了相应的水资源承载能力变化驱动因子的多元线形回归模型,最后对计算结果进行了综合分析评价。从评价结果可以看出:富阳市的水资源承载能力越来越弱。由此导致富阳市水资源承载能力的可持续发展度也是在逐年下降的。因此防治水污染,保护生态环境将是该地区加强水资源承载能力的重点。

Abstract:The index system for evaluation of water resources carrying capacity is established and principal component analysis is applied to reduce the amount of index to find out the main driving factors influencing the natural-support-capacity indicators,socio-economic technology and living level indicators of water resources.On this basis,a multivariate linear regression model for corresponding driving factors of water resources carrying capacity is established.The application of the proposed system to evaluating the water resources carrying capacity of the Fuyang City shows that the carrying capacity is decreasing year by year resulting the reduction of sustain development capacity of the city.Consequently,the enhancement of water pollution prevention and ecological environment protection is vital to the city in the process of development.
