基于城乡统筹的苏南地区现代农村发展策略——以无锡市滨湖区为例

传统"苏南模式"促进了苏南地区乡村经济的发展和城镇化进程,但在城镇化加速推进的背景下,制度缺陷使得传统模式面临空间和效率的多重困境,城乡统筹的需求和动力愈发显著.以资源配置效率提升和利益主体能动性发挥为切入点,分析了城乡统筹发展的路径选择及具体思路,并以无锡市滨湖区为例,提出基于统筹城乡产业与空间的现代农村发展策略及其具体的操作模式.

Development strategy of modern rural areas of south of Jiangsu Province: take Binhu District of Wuxi City for example

Traditional "South-Jiangsu Mode" has improved rural economic development and urbanization.However,in the context of rapid urbanization,institutional flaw leads traditional model to space and efficiency predicaments,that means,the demand of the integration between urban and rural areas gets much stronger.From the points of view of efficiency improvement on resource distribution and of initiative exertion of interest groups,this paper analyzes the path choice and specific ways of the integration between urban and rural areas.Taking Binhu District of Wuxi City for example,this paper proposes strategy and specified operation mode towards modern rural developments based on the rule of the integration between urban and rural areas.
