| 摘 要： | “西有榆林，东有赤峰”，这是我国治沙的两个最成功的典范，本文从赤峰生态工程建设看出，国土整治大有可为，并指出：将国土整治，产业重组和加速城市化进程有机地结合起来，并形成三者相推动，良性扩张循环的格局，这是一条十分宝贵的经验。
