| 摘 要： | 校政工干部队伍是从事党的思想政治教育工作的主力军，政工干部队伍作风建设是党的建设的一项重要战略任务，必须常抓不懈。本文分析了当前高校政工干部队伍作风建设方面存在的问题，从构建和谐校园的角度，以解决师生员工现实的利益为重点，提出了加强高校政工干部队伍作风建设的举措。
