Network shopping trade cost analysis

E-commerce is an emerging economic form. It is changing the way of people＇s life profoundly. E- commerce development has been effected by it＇s transac- tion costs, which is the key to development of elec- tronic commerce. This paper analyzes the main form of e-commerce --online shopping by using transaction cost theory and discusses the connotation of e-commerce transaction costs. Also this paper will investigate what factors influence the transaction costs of e-com- merce and how to reduce the transaction costs.
