摘    要:激励贯穿于人力资源管理的全过程,是一个永恒的主题。激励又是一个动态的过程,随着个体及组织内外部环境的变化而趋于复杂性、多样化。本文对国外关于员工激励的研究进行了回顾总结,并提出了未来激励的趋势所向。
