| 摘 要： | 股票市场能够把IT产业中具有发展潜力．有成长业绩的企业挑选出来，通过股票市场融资使其获得进一步发展的资金支持。本文先对IT企业融资渠道及现状进行分析，而后运用统计方法对福建省一个典型的综合性IT企业新大陆集团的上市融资成效进行分析，说明IT企业是如何通过股票市场融资来发展壮大的。
