集装箱堆场轮胎吊实时定位控制系统

摘    要:在现代化的集装箱码头堆场作业中使用GPS卫星定位技术为轮胎吊(RTG)导航定位,以减少消除移箱错误,提高作业效率。GPS定位系统又是可以被有机地集成到现有的集装箱码头堆场作业系统如COSMOS之中,形成定位加作业的二合一的新系统。成功地实现这个新系统,需要解决4个难题:硬件系统的集成(简化);RTK数据链的重建;导航和作业命令同屏显示;轮胎吊的索具控制。系统经过最终的生产试验结果十分令人满意。

Abstract:In modern container terminal operations, the Global Positioning System (GPS) is applied to navigating the rubber-tired gantry crane (RTG) to eliminate operation mistake, and the GPS can be integrated into a container terminal operation system such as COSMOS, To do thiS, the following 4 prob- lems must be solved: Integrating 2 systems in 1; Rebuilding Real-Time Kinematic (RTK) Data Link; Displaying navigation and operation commands on same screen; and Controlling RTG hooks lock. The test result in TCT (Tianjing Conturner Terminal Ltd.) is Satisfying.
