| Abstract: | Sichuan province has much hilly area,little flat ground and low proportion of cultivated land.But population is large and its distri-bution is not balance.The contradiction between population and plough is very sharp,in order to realize sustainable development the counter-measures include controlling plough reduction and population increase,putting more science and technology in agriculture. |
