建立适应我国政府管理体制的农村统计调查体系研究

随着改革开放的深入，我国“三农”问题日渐突出，并且短期内不会消失。为解决“三农”问题提供真实、有效而全面的信息，是新时期农村统计的基本任务。本文通过分析总结现行农村统计调查体系存在的各种矛盾和问题，分别从制度体系、组织体系和方法体系等三个方面提出建立一套适应我国政府管理体制的农村统计调查体系。依据这一新型的农村统计调查体系，全面、及时而有效地搜集并提供关于“三农”问题的调查数据。在未来实际应用与改革过程中出现的新问题，也可以在该体系的整体框架下予以解决。
