| 摘 要： | 为有效提高修井作业质量,降低井筒上修频次,降低修井企业成本,将"零缺陷"质量管理法运用在修井企业作业质量中的优势进行分析,引导修井企业建立起一套科学有效的管理方法。通过现场工作实践,形成良好的质量管理氛围,提高操作者工作技能,实现"零缺陷"质量管理工作目标。
