韩资企业对中国投资战略的变化及关联性研究

2009年韩国贸易投资振兴公社的调查显示,有4000多个企业在中国进行投资。这些企业中的大多数企业因缺乏对当地了解或遭遇激烈的竞争,在进军和运营过程中遇到很大困难。韩国进出口银行2006年7月表示,通过对进军到中国的598家韩资企业的2005年结算报告书进行分析发现,这些企业中的51.8%出现亏损。由于看好中国较低的劳动力成本和中国政府的优惠政策,投资中国的韩资企业期望获得超高的营业利润。但现实是,伴随着中国投资环境的不断变化,韩资企业的投资战略也正在经历着全面调整。本文分析了韩资企业对中国的投资现状、投资特点以及韩资企业对中国的投资战略。
