| 摘 要： | 技术差距是影响外资技术溢出效应的重要因素。基于我国191个地级以上城市相关数据及分位数回归的方法,沿循技术差距的分析思路,文章针对在华外资对地区生产率的影响进行了分析。研究结果表明,随着技术差距的缩小,外资对于促进地区生产率提升的作用逐渐变小,而当技术差距缩小到一定的程度之后,外资进入则主要表现为竞争效应,对于地区生产率增长反而会起到负向作用。上述结论的政策含义是,由于地区生产率异质性的存在,引资行为须适应地区特征。
